Entitled partners can download IBKR Rebalance CSV, generic CSV and XLSX from the authenticated API, individually or together in a ZIP. Files use the published decision, including zero-weight exits. Public holdings downloads remain half-masked.
IBKR BasketTrader is an unsized review template: its quantities are zero and it cannot rebalance an account. Complete model-weight import into BasketTrader still needs verification.
This illustrative 5% target is a layout example, not a portfolio recommendation. The file has no header; the last of its ten columns holds the percentage.
DES,AAPL,STK,SMART,,,,,,5A 5% target means 5% of the capital the platform rebalances. For an account worth $100,000, that is $5,000; for a separately configured $20,000 strategy sleeve, it is $1,000. We recommend strategy-dedicated accounts. A file does not create a sleeve or protect unrelated holdings.
Files are available for review. IBKR TWS, Advisor Portal, account-group and Model-window imports have not been verified in a paper account. No configuration is currently claimed compatible. The venue proposals below share the same verification record as the file generator.

Match the exact share class, listing, currency and ISIN where supplied. A matching company name or similar ticker is insufficient; an ADR, CFD or another listing is not a substitute. Korea and China remain unverified, including market permissions and Stock Connect eligibility.
