These terms govern your use of www.xportfolios.com and of the xPortfolios partner portal, API, files, webhooks, SFTP and platform connections (together, the services). By using the services you accept these terms on behalf of the firm you act for. Last updated 29 September 2026.

Who we are

xPortfolios is a service of Dirhami Investment Technology Ltd, registered at Unit 201, Gate Avenue, South Zone, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). You can reach us through the contact form or the office details on that page.

Who the services are for

The services are for financial firms and professional clients only. They are not directed at retail investors, and retail investors should not rely on them. You confirm that you act for a financial firm or are a professional client, and that you have authority to accept these terms for your firm.

What we provide

We publish twelve standard model portfolios of US-listed stocks: dated target weights, weekly changes, model performance and related information. The models are the same for every recipient and are not based on anyone’s personal circumstances.

Nothing in the services is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not hold client money or securities, manage client accounts or place orders. Your firm decides whether a portfolio is suitable for each client, sizes and executes every trade, and remains responsible for its obligations to its clients and regulators. Model information explains how the published data is calculated.

Model results

Performance figures are model records calculated at closing prices with a model cost of 0.10% per purchase and per sale. They are not actual broker executions or client returns, and past model performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Investments can fall in value.

Partner services and the free month

Access to complete targets, the partner portal, API keys, files, webhooks, SFTP and platform connections is given to partner firms we enable. Where your firm has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs those services and prevails over these terms where the two differ.

The free month gives your team the whole range for one month, with no payment details and no obligation to continue. Access ends at the end of the month unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your access

Keep sign-in links, API keys, SFTP keys and webhook secrets confidential and within your firm. You are responsible for activity under your access. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the services, our partners or their clients.

Saxo, IBKR and other platforms

Saxo, Interactive Brokers and other trading platforms are independent third parties; we are not affiliated with them and they do not endorse the services. When your firm connects its Saxo login, you authorise us to read the accounts you enrol, with read-only access, for the purposes described in our privacy notice. We never place, change or cancel orders, and your administrator can disconnect at any time. Each platform’s availability, features and terms are its own.

Acceptable use

Use the services only for your firm’s business and, for partners, within the portfolios and uses your access or agreement allows. Do not resell or publish complete targets, attempt to reveal masked holdings, get around access controls or request limits, scrape the website or API beyond documented use, or interfere with the services. Comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Ownership

The website, the model portfolios and their data, the xPortfolios name and our software belong to us or our licensors. Public pages may be viewed and shared to evaluate the services. Partners may use the data as their access or agreement permits. No other rights are granted.

Availability and changes

We aim to publish every weekly decision and daily valuation on schedule but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. A decision can be delayed, not published for a week or corrected; a correction carries its own decision identifier. We may change the services and these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced to partner contacts.

Liability

The services are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for investment decisions, trades, execution or platform errors, or for any loss of profit or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your firm paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the services.
